Education, AmeriCorps: Molly Ladwig - Super College Coach
It is my highest honor to nominate Molly Ladwig for the 2013 Service Impact Award. She is a woman of persistence, confidence, and creativity and exemplifies all of the traits of an innovative leader who stops at nothing to help promising low-income students achieve success. Molly has served with College Possible, a nationally growing non-profit organization dedicated to making college admission and success possible for promising low-income students since August 2011.

Molly is the type of friend that will go to the extreme to help you out. Wether a big or small favor, she is there for you. Molly helped me settle up in college. She made me feel welcome, and she made sure to track my progress, even at times when i lacked the support towards her cause, as a college possible coach. Molly has helped me through out college and even outside of it. As a musician, my music means the world to me. When my hard drive failed, she went all out looking for people that could help me with the problem. She networked around, found a couple people, but nothing worked. I remember it was a cold winter day, when i got a skype call from her, regarding the hard drive. She managed to get through the complications, and accesed the data BY HERSELF. She never have up, ever. She didnt just help her student out, but her friend. Through out time, there has been people who would tell me that somethings were not possible, But with Molly, i learned that they were wrong. Molly is the type of person that looks and looks untill she finds a way or answer.
The world only gets colder and colder, but there are people that keep you motivated, enough to keep you warm inside.

Molly is the best coach I have in college. She will help me on anything I need help. She is also easy to contact with. She always be there when I need her help on homework. She always attend all saint paul college events when I invite her. She love to know and get involve on what all her students is doing. I will miss you Molly. YOU ARE THE BEST AND THE BEAST:) ALSO THE NICEST COACH EVER.

Molly has always been a super awesome friend from primary school into highschool and then into adulthood, she never ceases to be amazing and she's so kind and genuine...it's really difficult to find people so sincere like she is.
